Went yesterday for the anniversary party. I would guess 1000 people showed up. The process to get a wristband, and then buy drink tickets and then stand in line for 30-45 minutes to get a beer was insane and terribly mismanaged. I would guess that process took each patron an hour to complete. I actually never even got a beer (bc I wanted to hear the band instead of waiting 30+ minutes for a beer). The bar inside had 4 bartenders. 4 bartenders to service hundreds of patrons coming to a brewery to - you guessed it - drink beer. As I stared at thousands and thousands of canned beers stacked on pallets in the warehouse, I found myself questioning how big of a whiff this was on the brewery s part. You literally have thousands of cans of beer laying around, endless lines of people cramming into one or two areas to buy a draft beer (which takes the longest to pour and serve) and yet not one beer tub full of delicious canned beer in sight. How does a brewery hit a homerun on getting Marcus King to play and yet not find a way to serve up their own delicious brew to all who attended. Head Scratcher.
