Have been 3 times and really enjoy coming here to relax. Pleasant environment and nice selections. I have booked a massage once and it was just okay. I know it s called spa, but it really is a wellness center and if you keep that in mind it will help to manage your expectations.

By that I mean it s a large selection of steam rooms and saunas but there are no extra amenities you would affiliate with a spa. There are no towels, robes, slippers, accessible water, lotion, or any private showers. They have one generic shampoo at a group shower. There are also group lockers (which are separated by male/ female). so it s a relaxing time in a nice space but it s not super luxurious and front desk staff are definitely not trained hospitality workers or anything.

Really enjoy their small daily experiences, which are free and a apart of their schedule. They have this great guy who does these finish sauna moments and for 20 minutes you cram into the sauna with a group of people (not as bad as that sounds) and they add these scents and do these towel movements to move the air through the room. It s nice.

One down side was someone must have accidentally taken my (rented) robe, with my glasses inside and a personal towel. While the inside staff were quick to lend me another one when I went to leave and pay and no one had turned in my glasses the front desk didn t apologize for the inconvenience and emotionlessly told me to email tomorrow to see if it was turned in. Then wanted to charge me the full amount. I then mentioned that it may be nice to deduct the robe cost, since we could now be incur the cost of buying new glasses, which she did eventually do, but I mean ofc that is awkward to make a customer ask.

Overall, I would recommend, just don t go in expecting a international fancy spa and you ll be good.
