Please do yourself a favor and don't even consider applying for a position here; You will be overworked, underpaid, and under appreciated, and I know that you are worth much more than that. The owners of this company are a bunch of money hungry crooks who don't make an effort to get to know their employees and quite frankly, it shows. You will be just another body that can do their dirty work and make them millions of dollars while they pay you well below the industry average. This company is horrible at managing their employee vs amount of work ratio. They would sign a ton of contracts and not be able to produce timely results, so they'd hire on a ton of new people to help. At this point the contracts would be dropped and there'd be no work and a ton of extra employees, so they'd just fire them. They will also let you go with no notice and for no justifiable reason. There were numerous situations where employees were fired at the drop of a hat, without any investigation. There were also instances where leads, supervisors, and managers had too close of relationships and would conspire against certain people to get rid of them. Simply because they felt threatened by their skills and leadership abilities. I could go on and on about how corrupt this company is, but honestly it's not really worth my time and energy. All in all, if you enjoy being underpaid, having no job security, and being treated like scum, come work for MTL. But really, do something better with your life :)
