*Warning/please read* We ve been here a few days ago. We ve had our car broken into and laptop and passport stolen. We parked on the official parking lot. It was around noon, there was even a snack truck and no signs of breakage. This happened to other visitors as well. There are people who steal from cars at popular historical sights. Do not leave anything valuable in your car! Be careful it almost ruined our vacation. We were lucky that the police caught the thieves but I m sure these are not the only people doing this kind of thing.

The site itself was pretty but as with most Greek historic sights, it s mostly a walk-through and look at it from a distance. There aren t many descriptions at the site itself, so it s hard to know how what you re looking at is significant. I would strongly recommend downloading a guide before.
