We have had NHEC for 4 years. When we first purchased our home, we made use of the Coop's wonderful rebate program to make our home more energy efficient. This has saved us thousands of dollars; both in paying for the work and the savings from having the work done. We lose our power occasionally, but never for more than an hour. Recently in the extreme heat, our power went off in the middle if the night. We waited a few hours because it usually comes right back on. When it didn't come back, I reported the outage from my smart phone, and theor truck was here within an hour to get things back up and running!
