WORST customer service ever. In fact there is NO c...

WORST customer service ever. In fact there is NO customer support. I've wasted 4 DAYS trying to get this set up. I put in a support ticket 4 DAYS ago and have not received a response. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS.
