If you come here be prepared to ask way more quest...

If you come here be prepared to ask way more questions than you think necessary, sit with your pet for a long time in a crowded and noisy waiting room, and do a lot of leg work to remind the staff to do their job.

I understand that this is a non-profit with an admirable mission, and rates are cheaper for pet owners who would find procedures otherwise prohibitive... but service and communication here has much to be desired. Staff are overwhelmed, unorganized, and overbooked in my case, they failed to inform me about important details regarding a medical procedure for my pet, provided very little detailed follow up, were nearly impossible to contact (rarely do they pick up the phone). It took weeks and multiple reminders to get them to forward important test results to my vet.
