I am going to give 3 stars because it IS clean but...

I am going to give 3 stars because it IS clean but I want to give it 2. This location is on my way to work and I want so badly to be happy with it but after probably 10 years of stopping 2+ times a week on my way to work with the SAME SIMPLE ORDER that they continue to get wrong, I just don't get it. They cannot toast a bagel. They leave condiments from bag. They more than once have missed my drink when ordering. I know they have a lot of customers come through there but focusing on the customer service in the drive thru needs to be a priority.
