Ordered over 50 dollars worth of items. Returned, ...

Ordered over 50 dollars worth of items. Returned, paying 12 dollars myself, to exchange the item. Contacted over a week later to ask for an estimate in delivery. The customer service claims they never received it but "it might be here just not checked in". Over a week and my box is just up in the air to be lost. I contacted ups and got every detail down to the name who signed for it. Suddenly now they have it. But they aren't going to do anything about the hassle they've cause and say "place a new order to receive items faster and you'll get refunded when this is processed" which could be a couple weeks. Horrible customer service for subpar products. Update your systems. No other business takes a week to even have a record its been received. Thats absurd. They truly don't care just because dance studios order from them, so they're good. But screw the regular customer.
