We used Cook Moving through our relocation from OH to FL. Sharon M. (in the Buffalo office) was our moving coordinator and was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process! She coordinated a man from the Columbus office to come to our home and evaluate all of our belongings. Several weeks later, she sent three men to box up all of our items one day and to load them into the truck the next. They certainly packed with a lot of padding to ensure a safe and protected delivery. With the distance of our move and it happening during one of the busiest times of the year, we were delayed with our delivery. We were about two weeks without our things, but Sharon was in constant contact with us. We were encouraging each other!! She found a wonderful driver to deliver our items to FL and had a total of three men to unload the truck. They were all very careful to not bump the freshly painted walls or dirty the freshly cleaned carpets! They were great! At one point, we had the delivery scheduled for Saturday with the threat of a hurricane arriving on Sunday! Thank goodness the delivery of our items arrived safe and sound and the movers were out before the hurricane and the hurricane was diverted! It was a successful weekend!!
