I too am surprised by the bad reviews. My 5.5 year old desktop died and I needed to rebuild programs and data to the new PC.
Thomas was terrific, calling me several times to keep me in the loop with his attempts to transfer data from the old HDD that was functioning at 1%. He did a great job in saving all of my data and 10,000 photos!
I certainly would use them again.
