I was working with a internet manager for the past 2 days regarding a SUV. I obtained financing and had an appointment to not only view the vehicle but I was coming to purchase the 2015 GMC Yukon XL. Once I arrived for my appointment, on time, I was told the vehicle had already been sold. Not to mention I drove from Indy to Fishers being 8 1/2 months pregnant only for them to tell me the it was sold 10mins before I walked in for my appointment. I feel like this whole situation was very unprofessional. I was also told that the communication from the staff upstairs to the floor sales is non-existent. Don t get me wrong I understand sales is basically first come first sale, but if I would have been told it was a possibility the SUV would be sold and I needed to put a deposit down I would have done that immediately. I would never recommend working with this dealership EVER!
