Have now joined others concerning customer service...

Have now joined others concerning customer service. After 2 weeks of sending pictures with explainations , finally got their refund policy sent to me.
You receive an item to be an exact replacement. Skimmer basket is remove from packaging ( now unsellable )...used to find it does not fit ( now tested ) and breaks ( damaged ).All reasons ,I can't return.
I explain the product's basket diameter is to small to fit properly with the skimmer..
