I am a recent transplant from Southern CA and had two horrible haircuts in Prescott before being referred to this salon. Katie was my stylist and she gave me a great cut and corrected the choppy and uneven style from my last bad experience. She listened to me and discussed In detail what she would do to fix my hair before she even started, which I appreciated. The end result was just what I wanted and Katie s technique is similar to that of my previous CA hair stylist, which was a pleasant surprise. I understand that the owner of this salon insists on regular training for her stylists to keep up on industry trends. Katie told me she trained in New York to broaden her hairstyling techniques and it shows! I got a great cut, and I have finally found a local salon that is edgy and sophisticated. I highly recommend A Dream By Day Salon and especially Katie Buckwalter, who is a young and talented stylist.
