Had gotten a buffalo wrap and man 10 years ago was...

Had gotten a buffalo wrap and man 10 years ago was best place ever ate at EVERY LUNCH BREAK from pets plus. Todays wrap soggy and just flat out horrible. Customer service is on point and great as always just so disapointed in one of my favorite sandwhiches being just bland and soggy bread n flat out fell apart like was made and sat for awhile n reheated in a micowave. But still love u guys just hope dont get turned away for good if the next ones that bad ill have to find another new buffalo wrap somewere else.
