I would give 0 stars if I could. Had purchased a 3 series from them which I got regularly serviced at the dealership. I recently received a class action lawsuit settlement in my mailbox which says that the timing chain on the n20 engines ('12 - '15) can fail which might grenade the engine. Curious I called the service department and they asked me to come over for an oil change so they can potentially look at it. I scheduled an appointment and when I went in, the service advisor (I believe Alex Long) told me that they won't be able to either fix it or in the least do anything about it and I should keep driving this ticking time bomb. I offered to pay out of my pocket for the diagnostic charges but he told me to be rest assured that they'll look into it only when the engine explodes. True customer obsession i must say. No way I m going back to this dealership for a purchase or a service appointment. Keep up the good work.
