We went into the store 15 minutes before it closed and still Terra, the manager, was very helpful to us. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant. She got us switched over quickly (even though we had just been to another location that had told us our phones weren t compatible. Turns out they were.) She ended up being there about 15 minutes after they closed getting us all set up, but she was very gracious about it and we are so appreciative! I highly recommend her.
