Update - never received my refund or even a respon...

Update - never received my refund or even a response. I had to accept the unwanted chair in the end. Appalling. Stay CLEAR!! If I could give zero stars then I would. Worst experience ever.

Terrible! Ordered a chair at the start of April and a week later told that it was out of stock but that they could send a replacement. I was told it would arrive in 3-5 days but I heard nothing.

I secured a chair elsewhere in the time I was waiting for this delivery so asked to cancel my order and receive a refund on 20th April. I was told that had been done and it should take 5-10 days.

I now have Eliza Furniture (obviously the order has been contracted out) chasing me to deliver a chair that I don't want and I'm now just getting a standard 'we're busy' email back and still no cancellation 15 days after it was requested.

Appalling. I just want my money back.
