players club staff all tell u different things..u can never get the same answer twice and they never have once even attempted to make things better a few of the female staff r rude and i dread having to go to that counter .in my opinion they usually give off a feel like ur burdening them and are not very helpful at all and even when its their messup theyre like sorry cant fix it or sorry mam idk why the staff put it in like that but we
dont give any credits even when its a fault of ours on our end!! cmon u were wrong fix it...nope they dont in my experience...but the guards and the staff in the cashier cage are wonderful and more helpful than any in players club ...the gift shop staff r wonderful...overall in myopinion with what ive personally experienced there i feel they seriously lack personal skills and i think they need fresh staff in the players club its horrible
