It's ok. I come in here for service on my car. Last time I was her, the woman kept trying to sell me new tires. Granted, I needed new tires. She tried to use scare tactics to get me to buy tires from the dealership. "If a tire blows here, that's on you!" Ok, what's on me? A flat tire? That's what AAA is for. Anyway, I went to Wheelworks after, which was much more of a pleasant experience.
