My daughter travels to Lancaster several times a year from West Sussex and on each occasion we dine at QSF. In the past the service and food has been of the highest standard. We dined there last night (Saturday 24th October) and sadly although the service was still excellent the food was not up to the usual high standard which made our evening a disappointing one.
Two of the starters were tasteless and the main course Halibut was cooked to death. The fact that most of two main courses was left uneaten was not noticed by the waiting staff.
I am hoping that this was a one off occurrence and that our next visit will be a more enjoyable one.
