Be a treasurer of an association and do banking through the small business department. A lot goes wrong at this bank and are not helpful. For example, there is no good point of contact at the office in Alkmaar. One can speak to me, the other only gives a phone number. Sending a good bank card must first go twice. A contract to transfer powers has not yet been received after 1.5 months. Call back appointment is again not kept. Either I can't recommend this crappy bank to anyone. Hope for a response and good help from someone with powers to improve this bad review.
