Had a great experience! Their app, customer service people and drivers are all outstanding. Such a better experience than Uber, which charges more and whose customer service is 100% fake news. Sad! Will be using Carmel from now on. An honest, friendly and reasonably priced service. Shout out to John, from Trinidad, who was spectacular! (PS. these cats gave me a $10 credit to write this review, would ve probably left it anyway though)
