Staff at the business lounge do not know which airline partners can access the facility, even though there is a sign at the front stating partner airlines!!!!!
Very poor! Goes to show that people are still being employed through political or family connections.
It is a shame that this still happens in the 21st century. Security staff would be among yhe rudest people I have ever come accross.
