My experience with this catering company was TERRIBLE. I had booked them to cater my rehearsal dinner at the Devon Lanes bowling alley of November 7th for 24 people. To begin with, when we initially contacted them to get information, did not get back to us for a couple of weeks. That was a minor annoyance, but it came time for our event that's when the problem started. We had booked the "market special" package which included sandwich trays, chips, cookies, salads, and drinks for 24 people. it cost us over $500. When we arrived at the bowling alley with our guests, we walk into our private room and discover that for over $500 we were provided with only 2 sandwich trays (which was about 15 sandwichs cut in half) , only 1 bowl of chips, only 1 plate of cookies, and only 2 salads! FOR 24 PEOPLE! And what was even MORE insulting was the fact that they provided us with 4 Sprites, 4 Diet Cokes, 8 Cokes, and 8 waters. That's only 24 drinks for a party of 24. THEY WEREN'T even put on ice! They were just sitting on the table. We were provided with no cups, 24 plates, 24 forks (shoved in a Styrofoam cup), and 24 napkins. That was IT. Just that sitting on a table. They was NO ONE there from the company to make sure we were happy. For that money I could've bought 3 TIMES as much food AND drinks AND plates/silverware. My wife was in tears for the first 30 minutes we were there. I called the company after we got there and nobody answered. I left a message voicing my complaints at about 7:15pm on Thursday night and it is now Saturday night and NO ONE from that company has called me back to apologize or hell, even ASK how it was!!!!! We went on to have fun with our guests because the bowling alley was fun and they had nothing to do with the food. However, this was the biggest disappointment of our wedding weekend.
