I've been in the market for a truck for the past year now and I just so happened to spot a used Toyota Tacoma on the Capital Nissan car lot. It was the exact vehicle i was looking for! I haven't done any business with Capital and didn't know anybody who has so I was a little weary driving onto the lot.. After reading some of the negative comments on Capital Nissan's Google review I was even more worried that I might be making a mistake... Until I met Kelli. She said that she had been working there for the past couple years and it definitely showed. From her knowledge of the new car line up as well as the used cars and especially "my truck!" needless to say I was very impressed. The negotiation phase was very non pressure and relaxed witch is always surprising at a dealership, and getting me into finance and out the door before dinner was a plus!
