I have brought my Optima here twice after having a tire issue diagnosed at my usual tire shop. I explained the issue to the service dept. when I scheduled my initial appointment. I brought my car for the appointment thinking they were going to fix it, but an hour later they had only rediagnosed the problem that I had already explained to them. They ordered a part and told me to come back when it comes in. I came back to have the part installed, sat there for an hour and a half while they also addressed a recall, only to be called to the desk and told that they "couldn't find a problem with the tire." I reminded them that I was there for a new part, not for an evaluation of a problem, and after another twenty minutes I was told it was fixed. Now, three weeks later my tire is STILL leaking. The car is only 8 months old, I should not have to deal with this many trips to a service department. I will be making a longer drive to a different Kia service department that is hopefully competent enough to listen to their customers and do things right the first time.
