Completed lousy service. Had an appointment with the X-ray department. Appears approx. 5 minutes before the agreed time. See, I'm prepared to wait and am generally also patient to a certain limit, but I wait for 40 minutes and am up at the reception several times to hear what's happening, to which every receptionist replies that I'm coming in soon. It just goes on and on and on I finally say that now it may be enough where the receptionist replies: "yes, that's how it is when you get that way". I ask: "what do you mean by this way" and she asks: "do you have a time". Yes?! Too many excuses with this and that and that it is one's own fault, instead of providing the service the patient deserves.
