Out of every stay at the Hyatt, this was the most disappointing. I requested a wake up call but never got one. I missed my obligations and had the worst time. The manager (Patrick) charged me ($90) extra instead of apologizing for missing the wake up call request. Absolutely absurd. Will never stay at this location again.
