When my mobile phone contract came up for renewal the person who contacted me was incredibly helpful, answered my question as to what I gain by going through a third party rather than deal direct with a provider much more clearly than anyone has before and set out my options very clearly. As someone who isn't good with technology I actually understood what I was being offered and frankly the deal was a no brainer! She was easy to talk to and I didn't feel rushed or hassled at all. Everything was very clearly explained. Subsequently all the paperwork for me to sign arrived promptly and efficiently via email and I was able to understand and complete it all with no problem. The only thing I did point out though was that in one part of the contract the road name was missing from my address. I reported this and it was resolved very promptly and efficiently. All in all a very good experience and one which make me feel very positive about Aerial Direct.
