Would not recommend. I confirmed with the front desk that they had a starbucks and they told me it was open. Ended up it was closed throughout the stay. I had also confirmed with the front desk that breakfast was included and the pool area was open until 11. Turns out everything closes at 10 (even though the signs say 11). And the free continental breakfast that is constantly advertised is a 4oz. cup of orange juice or a terrible burnt coffee with a bagel. No choice on the bagel and no toppings. The convenience store was mostly empty shelves with some candy. No healthy options at all. The restaurant they had was horribly understaffed and the food was awful. The only tram they have to Universal leaves at 7am and the park doesn t even open until 10. I just wish this place was honest about what it offers. The room was just fine but overall we were very disappointed. Shout out to Kevin the bartender though, he was great !!
