It s been about a 3 years. I was suffering from anxiety, depression etc. off and on. When you are so used to looking out for others and being darn good at it I struggled with asking and needing help. I experienced what they referred to as post traumatic growth .

Rounding out my time with group and individual talk , yoga, TRX exercise, meditation, archery, horseback riding and numerous other outdoor activities helped build the mind body connection. I would go on to make TRX and yoga a weekly part of my life. Having faith in those (and God) who are trying to help you is very important. It was a long-term commitment I needed to make and I did. I am now benefiting from my hard work.
