Driver was rude, spoke on his phone loudly the entire 1.5 hour long trip. Didn t get my luggage out of the car at end of the trip. He didn t give me any option but maximum tipping of 25% ? And I was overcharged. He said he would send me a receipt and I never got one. I emailed the company twice about this and NO response. Terrible service. Do not recommend.
