Regerts for choosing this company they don't explain first time home buyer options and incentives. The loan officer will never get back in contact with you. They are difficult to deal with and show poor business ethics. I have perfect credit and had options on leaders. Regrets is I wish I went with another more professional company for my first home and first experience. They make the process difficult. Home buying is major and should be taken serious with a company that respects you.
