The products are decent, but the website feels a bit overwhelming. It's hard to find what I'm looking for with all the information and messages plastered everywhere. The variety of products is great, but the organization could be better. The checkout process was smooth, but I wish there were more payment options available. The shipping was a bit slower than expected, and the packaging could have been more eco-friendly considering the brand's image. The customer service was helpful when I had an issue, but it took a while to get a response. Overall, it's an okay experience, but there is room for improvement in terms of website usability, shipping speed, and customer support responsiveness.
