My son injured his finger this morning. We were admitted by the ER before we could even sit down, saw an RN who did thoughtful triage, then was visited by an ED tech that carefully cleaned the injury. Our doctor was waiting before the tech finished, and inspected the injury, and ordered xrays. Within a half an hour those were finished, and 10 minutes later the doctor stopped by and said all was well. 15 minutes later we were dismissed.

We read some of the horror stories in the other reviews and were going to avoid this facility, but a friend of ours who worked for KP for years reassured us we would get good care there. We did, and are thankful to everyone we interacted with today.
