I am giving review almost after 2.5 years since left this company, DSWT is one of the best IT company. I have started my career from this company(2013-2016) and that was a awesome experience of my life. They have good and transparent working environment and best employee satisfaction level.

Boss of this company, Mr. Subhashish Sen (Steave Sir) is always cares about the employee as a person, friendly nature, makes work fun and more good qualities makes his a perfect boss.

I worked with 5 different IT companies but my experience with this companies was great.
