If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered pants from betabrand through their on line store. They did not fit well, so I returned them and obtained another pair. These did not fit, and I ordered yet another style. At some point during this process, I received "store credit" BEWARE! once you receive store credit, you can never, ever receive your money back. So after the 3rd pair that did not fit me well (they should fit, they are $74 for a pair of yoga pants), I asked to return them and get my money back. The person did not tell me that I would not receive a refund. When I received the message via email that I would not be receiving a refund, I called. Spoke with someone who said there were no refunds for store credit, and this should have been explained to me (it was not). Was told I should just keep the pair that don't fit or order yet another style. Spoke with the manager Jordan, who also said no refund. Wrote the company, they also say no refund. So..... I would not recommend this company. Be very careful with their refund practices - or better yet, buy your pants elsewhere. Little Black Pants are awesome and have a great return policy.
