Unable to have an invoice for my company for the ticket purchased,
Expedia pretends that it is the airline that cashed the BC.
So I call the airline which confirms that it is Expedia which has cashed. so I would like to remind Expedia again, which this time acknowledges having cashed the CB but that it cannot provide an invoice on the pretext that there is no VAT on the tickets.
Suddenly, my accounting is furious at not having an invoice.
It is taking customers for pigeons.
For a few tens of euros saved, I find myself in embarrassment.
As much book directly with the airline !!!
I strongly recommend EXPEDIA because the customer service is not up to par and is relocated.
