The worst ER ever open head wound on my 3 year old...

The worst ER ever open head wound on my 3 year old and make us wait for 3hours. When I complained the triage nurse told me there are more important patients here. I do understand there are more serious injuries but there was none like that in the ER. Even rest of the people in the ER did not understand why we are waiting.
The worst hospital in the world.
