It really is a pity. I live in Germany and have never seen such an unprofessional company. We keep asking the same questions over and over but they don't answer. Nobody knows why they are so silent. Very unprofessional company. We waited 13 months for the update. How long will you keep hiding this lotion from? Come up with a statement and act more professional. It is very rude not to respond to customer emails.
