Very rude service at the Reception - they not smil...

Very rude service at the Reception - they not smiling and not friendly at all / to speak with any manager to leave a complaint - it was no possible - the reception said it is not allowed !! It s really surprise for me for luxury hotel in Ajman , I can recommend to book other hotel with more well-mannered staff
