I have been here a couple of times now and all I can say is that I have had the best shopping experience when coming here. I first came in to buy a pair of boots and was instantly greeted and helped. Found a pair that I loved quickly and after the purchase they offered to wax my board. A few days later I head out to mt hood to learn how to snowboard and after a few runs I fell and broke my right binding. I head back to hillcrest and ask if there s anyway I can fix them. They tell me that the brand I had actually comes on warranty so they call for me and had a replacement sent to the store to pick up and rented me a different pair while the replacement binding was in transit. My favorite place to shop by far!
