When my husband was moved from the second floor to the third floor his teeth and phone got lost and his glasses broke. He had a urinary tract infection that went
undetected for weeks causing him to be confused and disoriented. When his insurance ran out and he had to stay because I was in a rehab. When I took him home he couldn't even stand up! Hardly ever able to reach personnel or nurses station.
