Worst customer service EVER. Now it's NOT the people... it's the fact that you can't ever speak to anyone, there's no fax number, no email address and if you don't live on the east coast there's zero service in the afternoon. So you can't contact anyone when you need help. Im a west coast step child apparently so that's why I am cancelling my coverage :(
