24 of us for lunch last Sunday and it couldn t have gone better. Something for everyone on the menu and, of course, incredibly good value. They put us on a single table on the first floor with two designated waitresses who were more attentive than staff in any swish restaurant. In fact I had a rather swish restaurant in mind to celebrate my wife s birthday but she insisted this low-key, friendly restaurant would be an ideal venue to relax with friends and have fun. She was absolutely right. A thoroughly enjoyable occasion.
