It is located in the historic center of Key West and is the home where the writer lived and wrote for ten years. The house that has now become a museum is surrounded by a lush garden in typical Caribbean style and where over forty cats live. Inside we find all the daily life of the writer and obviously many of his writings and biographies. There is also a souvenir shop and bookshop. I recommend visiting it with a guide, so as to steal anecdotes that in other ways it is not possible to discover. The price with a guide is $ 15 and reservations are not required, you can do everything on site, there is not a large crowd of people at the entrance.
