Out of style customer service. Their sales staff and management is more concerned with their time than yours. They don't listen to what the customer is telling them. Unprofessional sales floor. Had a ghetto blaster blaring rap music on a Sunday (the Lords day!) in the waiting area. Overheard staff complaining about customers. They need to get with the times or they will get left behind.
