I honestly think the only reason anyone would choose this hospital is for Dr.Gelber. 8 years ago, when we started coming here for me when I was 5 years old, this place was full of kind, respectful, passionate people. Now we've got a majority of a straight-faced, irritated staff who don't care for their job. I think one of the few doctors that work here that have stayed the same way is Dr. Gelber. He is very nice and entertains kids during appointments. However, many people have continued with CP for several years, and most people book appointments with the best doctors they have always relied on, resulting in the doctor's schedule over-booked. Your kid is feeling sick and you want the best treatment? Well, book now and get an appointment next week, by the time your kid is probably already feeling better! Oh, and make sure you don't check in more than 10 minutes after the scheduled time, or we'll just have to reschedule to next week!
Trust me, if I had to write a Google review for this 4 years ago, I would have tried to give it more than 5 stars. This place has slowly become unreliable and frustrating to deal with.
Now I'm not saying you should really take this rant of a review into serious consideration, because after all, I am only 13. But based on what I've heard from a few friends and other parents, that's my honest, unbiased opinion on this place.
