The RCC Culinary academy is a great place to being an education in cooking. The students often compete region wide and win, which goes to show for their driving force. On the other side, students are tasked to make the menus and run the actual restaurant daily. Great food and great service come together with fair priced meals that, so I'm good, change week over week. Don't knock the establishment just because of the less than desirable location. Come for lunch and leave satisfied.
